UK lawmakers back 'Magnitsky amendment' on sanctions for human rights abuses

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain will be able to impose sanctions on people who commit gross human rights violations under a so-called "Magnitsky amendment" backed by members of parliament on Tuesday.
