In September, a march protesting Measure 105 by youth organization Latinos Unidos Siempre ended on the Oregon State Capitol steps in Salem, Ore.

A bipartisan sanctuary law that Oregon lawmakers passed easily in 1987 is now subject to a repeal vote.
